Acceptance of Terms

By using the AdvitCare Publishing website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use the website or our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content featured on this website—including but not limited to text, literary works, graphics, images, video, and audio—is the exclusive property of AdvitCare Publishing and/or its respective licensors.   • By submitting work for publication, authors acknowledge that they are entering into a shared-rights agreement with AdvitCare Publishing. While authors retain ownership of their original creations, they grant AdvitCare Publishing a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to publish, distribute, and promote said work.

  • Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted (including text, images, and multimedia) do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. AdvitCare Publishing shall not be held liable for any copyright-infringing material provided by authors. By publishing through our platform, authors agree to indemnify AdvitCare Publishing against any legal claims arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

Linked Accounts

If your AdvitCare Publishing account is linked to the AdvitCare Rewards Program and your rewards account is subsequently deleted for any reason (e.g., account deletion by the user or by the program administrator via banning), the ownership of all stories associated with that account automatically transfers to AdvitCare Publishing.

In such cases, AdvitCare Publishing gains full, unrestricted ownership of the story and may handle it as we see fit, including but not limited to:

  • Deleting the author's work

  • Updating or editing the author's work

  • Sharing or transferring the author's work

  • Earning from the author's work sales

Account Updates & Purchases

Any rewards, tips, purchases, and other royalties earned from stories, are updated on the author's account twice a month. However, for a real-time view of your earnings, author's are asked to request information via their account contact form. Emails about earnings are not always sent out, so author's are advised to check their page for the most current information.

Purchases and Payments

All purchases made on AdvitCare Publishing are subject to a confirmation period. While we strive to process transactions as quickly as possible, please be aware that it may take up to one week for a purchase to be fully confirmed and for the associated content or services to be made available. This period allows for a secure and reliable processing of all transactions.

By making a purchase, you agree that the payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including any applicable taxes.

Readers and other authors can tip work either directly through the author's payment method, or through AdvitCare Publishing Balance.

Stories and poems on AdvitCare Publishing are regularly viewed by our internal readers' clubs, which include popular authors, educational foundations, and libraries. These clubs may purchase copies of your work.

Linked accounts to the AdvitCare Rewards Program is the system where stars tips earned on AdvitCare Publishing can also be added as points on the Rewards Program. Users/Authors by linking accounts, acknowledge that a payout using the Points on the Rewards Program will remove the amount of monetary value in their balance for the points paid out.

Please note that purchasing a copy of an author's work from AdvitCare Publishing or one of its reading clubs does not grant a license to use, distribute, or sell the work for profit. The purchased copy is for private, personal use only. The copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the author, as outlined in our Terms of Service. This ensures the work is protected and that the author receive proper credit and compensation for it.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions related to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Since the website and its services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdvitCare Publishing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the website and its services;

  • Any breach of these Terms and Conditions;

  • Any content, including text, images, or video, submitted or published by you that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party.

This obligation to indemnify survives the termination of your account or your cessation of use of the website.

Data Loss & Backup

Users must acknowledge that they use the AdvitCare Publishing website at their own risk. AdvitCare Publishing does not guarantee the prevention of data loss. Users are fully responsible for their use of the website and any associated consequences.

Email Terms and Conditions

The information info@advitcarepublishing.com or any other @advitcarepublishing.com email addresses obtained as part of the email consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By signing up as a reader, author, or partner, and simply using the website where you have provided your email address, you have consented to receive emails from AdvitCare Publishing, you may receive:

  • Support Ticket Answers

  • Follow-Up Messages

  • Reminders

  • Alerts and Updates on Stories (both as reader/author)

  • Invoices

  • And other forms of alerts/offers

Message Frequency

Email/message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you can receive up to 50 emails a week related to your story as an author wanting updates.

Endorsement

By using this website, users agree to defend AdvitCare Publishing and its directors, officers, managers, employees, and representatives against any loss, damage, or expense arising from third-party claims related to their name or its use. AdvitCare Publishing does not claim ownership of user-provided content.

If users share their website with AdvitCare Publishing for project proposal or work activities, all elements on their website are considered their own publications. AdvitCare Publishing assumes no liability for user-posted content on its own domains.

Such materials will continue to be the customer's property.

Any original artwork, photographs, or other materials created by AdvitCare Publishing for a client will remain the property of AdvitCare Publishing and/or its suppliers. The right to use materials (over which AdvitCare Publishing has the copyright) in ways other than those for which they were originally provided may be requested in writing by the customer, and Pine Book Publishing may, at its discretion, grant it. Before any of the aforementioned creative work or artwork, images, texts, or other data may be consumed, written permission for its use must be obtained.

Users consent to indemnify and hold AdvitCare Publishing harmless from any and all claims resulting from the customer's failure to first secure all necessary copyright and/or other permissions or grants.

Refund Policy

AdvitCare Publishing offers a 100% refund for orders placed within one (1) hour of purchase. After an hour, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled. If you are dissatisfied by an order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving it. AdvitCare Publishing will refund your money minus a 50% early termination fee.

Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree that you will not charge back or dispute any charges made to your credit card, debit card, or bank account for services provided by AdvitCare Publishing. If you do a chargeback or dispute a charge, AdvitCare Publishing may charge you a fee and may also take legal action against you.

Supersedence of Agreements

All prior oral or written agreements and understandings, as well as all contemporaneous oral agreements and understandings between the users and AdvitCare Publishing regarding the subject matter of this state of use of website terms and conditions, are superseded by the provisions of this statement of website terms and conditions and the understanding between AdvitCare Publishing and the users therein. AdvitCare Publishing reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
